REFEREE APPOINTMENTS OFFICER (DIVISION 1 and 2)
Applications are invited for the above post. Duties include:
- Appointing referees and assistant referees to Division 1(Step 6) and 2 (Step 7) of the League,
- Arranging re-appointments at short notice.
- Working closely with the Referee Appointments Officer (Premier Division Step 5)
- Working effectively with County FAs to ensure promotion candidates receive appropriate appointments for their intended promotion level
Good working knowledge of the FA refereeing system is required, together with knowledge and experience of how referee appointment procedures work via the Full-Time system. The post-holder will be based at home, must have strong organisational and IT skills including Word and Excel. The ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines is vital.
The post is voluntary but there is a financial offer available to the successful candidate.
